Our Story

Music Mart was founded circa 1980 in San Diego, CA. We are a unique, “Boutique” style music store filled with top quality instruments & gear. We’ve been in business at our Solana Beach location for over 16 years!

We are a full service music store, with a repair shop and a lesson rooms for teachers & students.

We carry the best equipment in the industry, and have some of the top specialists to help answer any questions you may have. Some of our products include Taylor Guitars, Martin Guitars, Ibanez, G&L, Yamaha, Roland, and Maton Guitars from Australia.

We also stock most drum and percussion gear ranging from Ludwig, Mapex, Vic Firth, Zildjian, D.W., Meinl, and much more!
