Return Policy

• We have a 10 day return period for unopened merchandise.
• Opened merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping may apply to returned merchandise. Contact the store for assistance.
• Manufacture rebates can be subject to restocking fee up to the amount of the rebate.
• There are no returns on the following items:

Special Orders, Clearance items, over-sized items,software, books, tubes, In-Ear buds & opened headphones,speakers, harmonicas, microphones, cleaning products, and any products that are subject to government health guidelines.
